Illumination Health + Home is a growing non-profit organization dedicated towards disrupting the cycle of homelessness by providing targeted, interdisciplinary services in our recuperative care centers, emergency shelters, housing services and children's and family programs. Role:
The Children’s Lead Coordinator plays a pivotal role in implementing and supporting family-centered services across Illumination Health + Home family shelters. This position oversees Care-Coordinators at multiple shelter locations, ensuring consistency and quality of service delivery. The Children’s Lead is responsible for coordinating and monitoring family shelter intakes, ensuring that all intake processes are completed in a timely manner and documented according to established program procedures. In this role, the Lead provides critical communication, scheduling, and logistical support to sustain and strengthen community partnerships. They also support the Associate Director of Family Programs in managing daily shelter operations and assisting in conducting audits to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and organizational standards.
Pay range for this role is $27.00 - $29.00 per hour. Monday - Friday, 11:00am to 7:30pm.Administrative and client care:
